Senator Weld moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 10, line 33, after the word “court” by striking the words “where the abortion or attempted abortion occurred” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “of the county in which the abortifacient was received”;

And,

On page 8, section 10, line 55, by adding a new subdivision, designated subdivision (6), to read as follows:

(6) A manufacturer or distributor sending an abortifacient for use in connection with a lawfully valid prescription issued by a licensed medical professional in this state.
